We’re looking for experienced Project Managers to join a public sector organisation in Newcastle.
As a Project Manager you will manage the procurement and implementation of several projects. Seeing the projects through to delivery, you will make sure quality standards are met, on budget and within agreed timescales.
Projects will range in cost from £5,000 – £1,000,000 so there is lots of variety in this role with no two days looking the same.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of both office working and home working.
Salary is up to £44,500 depending on your experience.
Overseeing projects which may last between several weeks or more than one year
Managing staff members between 5 – 7 with larger projects encompassing 30- 40
Analysing, planning and producing all relevant project documentation
To lead, inspire and motivate others to high performance
To promote and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement to deliver better services
A degree or substantial relevant project experience is required along with a qualification in PRINCE2 practitioner level or equivalent.
