We’re working with a Manufacturing company based in Seaham who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their HR team.
You will report into the HR Business Partner and play a key part in providing a fantastic HR service, enabling the HR department to cope with peak workloads throughout the year.
The role is office based 8.30am-5pm with a starting salary of £20,000.
As a HR Administrator you will handle employee queries and be the primary contact for all business stakeholders. You will also provide pro-active support to the HR department in all HR related administration and company procedures including facilities work.
The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, motivated and a team player.
The main goal is to work closely with the HR Advisor to ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the business.
