We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a global company who are expanding their Centre of Excellence in Newcastle.
Starting salary of £21,000, rising to £23,000 after Probation - plus bonus!

37.5 working hours per week Monday – Sunday 8am-9pm – various shift patterns.
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be helping customers calling in with general enquiries as well as providing technical support.
In this role, you’ll need to be able to think on your feet and show patience, empathy and compassion to every customer.
You’ll also bring IT skills to your new role as you’ll be handling customer information and updating databases.
Above all you’ll be passionate about providing excellent customer service and genuinely care about customer satisfaction!
