A market leading retailer based in Lancashire are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to help support their global network of customers.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and customer focused who can deliver world class customer experiences.
As a company, they really invest in their staff, providing ongoing support, training and coaching so you can develop your career with the business. Employees will be given the opportunity to become Customer Service Account Managers.
Great working hours with weekends free! You will have a fixed shift of either 9am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
The salary is £21,000 and there are plenty of company benefits including free onsite parking.
Taking inbound calls dealing with new product orders and providing post sale customer support
Developing your knowledge to be able to provide technical support to customers
Ensuring customers have a great buying experience
Dealing with escalations and customer complaints
Mentoring and coaching other team members
Sharing best practice
Previous experience in a contact centre role
Experienced in handling customer complaints
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Passionate customer experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
