We have an excellent opportunity for Pensions Administrators to join a fast-paced Pension Administration department.
You will be working in a large modern office within Lytham, which is an ideal location for all modes of transport and free parking.
This is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience within a rewarding Life and Pensions department. With full training provided, you will gain the skills necessary to help you deliver a world-class service for customers which include some of the world’s largest Financial Services Companies.
This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Use a variety of IT systems to administer customers’ pension and investment products.
Collect customer information and enter the data in the database
Proactively contribute to the completion of your team and department’s workload.
Communicate with customers via letter, email, or telephone.
Receive excellent training and support.
Be customer driven in everything you do.
Can collect information efficiently and effectively.
Have strong computer skills and experience of using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Can adjust your behaviour to meet the demands of a changing work environment.
