We’re looking to speak with experienced IT Application Support Analysts to join an Investment Manager company whose tech team of 10 people provide internal 2nd line support.
You’ll use Vendor applications, SaaS solutions and bespoke applications running in a Windows Server environment, hosted both on premises and in Azure Cloud.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous IT Support experience.

Manage and monitor all applications and processes to ensure correct and efficient running.
Investigate and resolve a number of business-critical application issues.
Utilise SSRS and SQL to create business reports.
Look to improve system and application monitoring and alerting where possible.
Perform application implementation and upgrades.
Knowledge of SharePoint admin and support.
MS Dynamics 365 experience.
Previous experience in IT support – help desk / desktop support / application support.
Understanding of Azure technical support along with Office 365.
