We’re looking for talented people to join the team and support customers to use their products and deliver a world class service.


You’ll work with customers to identify potential new products and ensure their package is right for them, so you’ll be a good conversation starter, and be comfortable with cross sales.


Working 35 hours per week on a flexible rotational basis between the hours of 7.00am - 9.00pm, you will be part of a team that lives and breathes great customer service, and you will understand how important it is to put the customer at the heart of each interaction. You’ll answer inbound customer queries via telephone, instant messaging, and email with a ‘right first time’ approach.
