Are you looking for a role that provides plenty of autonomy and project ownership?

 

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join a global travel company in Newcastle.

 

You will understand the company’s goals and work to optimise initiatives across all their marketing channels, working closely with the Tech & Innovation team on a new program roll out. You will have extensive experience in automation activity and digital projects along with excellent communication skills.

 

The Marketing Automation Manager will support the wider marketing team as required, so there is plenty of scope in this role.

The role

  • Responsible for leading, testing and optimising initiatives across all marketing channels

  • Responsible for implementing, managing and reporting on a global user identity across all touchpoints

  • Responsible for the management and roll out of the personalisation program working closely with Tech & Innovation team and across marketing

  • Responsible for the development of marketing automation projects and initiatives across the marketing team working closely with the department head

  • Support marketing functions as and when required across markets

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in Tech & Innovation functions to ensure best in class tooling and technology

  • Support the wider marketing team and provide local marketing support where necessary for the marketing functional heads including local team leadership and HR and recruitment activity

  • Provide leadership if relevant to the cross functional team based in relevant locations

  • Provide language and cultural support across the passenger marketing team

About you

  • Skilled marketing professional with 5+ years’ extensive experience in digital projects, automation activity and delivery of personalisation across all channels

  • Experience of multiple language digital marketing activity across all channels

  • Experience of data analysis desirable

  • Excellent communication skills
