We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a Newcastle based company.
You will provide comprehensive and professional HR advice and support to managers. This will include coaching and supporting in areas such as performance and absence. You will also identify trends to encourage more proactive approaches to employee relations and deliver advice with regards to disciplinary and grievance cases.
You will work as a regional advisor within their national teams and report into their Senior HR Business Partner. As a HR Advisor a key part of the role is developing rapport and strong relationships to ensure that you are a key stakeholder when it comes to all people matters.
Working closely with field-based People Managers, you will ensure company policies, procedures, collective agreements and best practice are followed. You will be proactive in looking for ways to improve the business, demonstrating a professional and commercial approach to HR.
You will be an experienced HR professional able to provide coaching and support, and be confident dealing with HR issues remotely.
