We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate Communications Coordinator to take on a challenging role within a rapidly expanding company.

 

In this role you will create and deliver effective communication and engagement initiatives across their customer service operation.


The salary is £25,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver communication across the customer service operation

  • Ensuring all communication is aligned to the wider business communication strategies standards, tone and brand

  • Working with the senior leadership team to develop engagement activities, reward and recognition programmes and other incentives

  • Ensuring the communication and engagement programmes are within budget

 

About you:

 

  • Previous experience in a communications role

  • Be passionate, engaging, creative and innovative

  • Able to create strong working relationships across multiple departments and business areas

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and agile environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Great attention to detail
