We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated contact centre Team Leader to join a global provider of smart alarms in their brand-new Centre of Excellence in Newcastle.
You will lead a growing team of Customer Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service whilst troubleshooting any technical issues. With trust and responsibility, you will lead a winning team proud to protect their customers every single day. With a passion for people development, quality of service and innovation you will drive performance and deliver operational improvements.
This is a fully office-based role with strong covid security measures in place including weekly testing for all employees.
The starting salary is £23,500 (plus bonus) which increases to £25,000 after successfully passing your probation. You will also benefit from numerous health and wellbeing services and initiatives.
