We’re looking for great people to join their Credit Cards team at their Newcastle contact centre and make a difference day after day.
As a Customer Assist Representative, you will make things better for customers and deliver great service to in every interaction. You’ll build a good rapport and aim to find first time resolution for any query.

In a shift pattern of compressed hours across 4 days, you will work 36 hours: Wednesday to Friday 10am - 9pm and Saturday’s 3pm-9pm.
