Do you want to work for a global leader in tactical sales promotion campaigns?

They’re looking for an experienced Head of Digital Delivery to join their team.

Due to flexible working, this role has the option of home working and office working though candidates must be able to commute to Newcastle at least 5 days a month.

You will coordinate, manage, and plan the delivery of quality software development projects focusing on the delivery of 10-20 projects at any one time through your team of Developers, Designers and QAs.

This is a fast-paced agile environment so being able to manage multiple projects and lead a team is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage a clear pipeline of current and future projects.

  • Manage a team of developers, QA, UX, design, and content engineers.

  • Take full ownership of the delivery function and be accountable for multiple high priority projects at any one time.

  • Be able to comprehend high level technical client specifications and communicate those requirements to the team and wider business.

  • Influence changes to the wider campaign delivery process outside of digital which will improve the quality or efficiency of digital delivery.

  • Effectively communicate project successes and problems to the business and clients to keep all parties’ updated throughout the process. Leverage flexibility where necessary through clear and concise communication and influence decisions.


  • A strong background in working with technology and development teams with a good understanding of how software development works.

  • Experienced project manager, capable of managing several projects at any one time.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of influencing people and bringing people together.

  • Able to communicate with technical, product, commercial, project management, or other non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priority of projects can change.
