We’re looking for an enthusiastic CRM Marketing Executive to join a Newcastle based company.
You will be part of an ever-growing and dynamic team who provide exceptional online gaming experiences for customers.

Creating player segments with correct customer KPIs
Creating and sending engaging, unique, persuasive, and clear email and SMS content to correct groups of customers
Creating CRM bonuses using promotion tools
Testing player journeys and promotion related games to ensure integrations and promotion tools are working correctly
Responsible for all on-site promotion related content
Writing and proof-reading all promotional terms and conditions
Ensuring all promotions and communications are within the legal regulatory framework of the market
Briefing the design team to create images to be used on-site and handle communications for a variety of brands
Liaising with the Customer Service Team to inform them of ongoing promotions and answer any queries
Analysis of CRM campaigns and summarising findings
Ideally degree educated or at least 1 years’ experience in a marketing/business related role
Good writing and proof-reading skills
Eye for detail
Hardworking and ambitious quick learner
Self-motivator who regularly uses their own initiative
Ideally business/marketing background with keen interest in online gaming
