Do you have experience providing excellent customer care in a contact centre environment?
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join an award-winning outsourcer working with some of the UK’s leading brands.
This is a work from home opportunity, perfect for those looking for more work/life balance.
You will be provided with top-notch training, spending 4 weeks learning about the systems and call scenarios and then a further 3 weeks being supported by a senior member of staff.
Shift patterns between Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm.

Receiving inbound calls
Be the first point of contact for customers
Complete customer requests and provide accurate information, always ensuring the highest level of customer care is provided
Pro-actively cross sell other products and services to ensure customers are provided the best services available
Demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst dealing with customer queries
Have the drive and desire to meet and exceed monthly KPI's and targets
Be open to change and support new ideas or ways of working
Promote additional products and services to benefit customers
