Due to business growth our award-winning client based in Longbenton is looking to add talented people to their Customer Claims team.
Basic salary £18,400 - £19,250 (dependent on experience).
As a Customer Service Advisor in the Claims team you will follow a 6-week shift-based rota within the hours of 8am - 8pm, including 2 full weekends and 1 Saturday every 6 weeks - meaning 3 full weekends off!
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll receive inbound calls from customers supporting them to report their claims in a timely and professional manner.
You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience to every customer by providing resolutions and answering queries.
You’ll take responsibility for each customer, using your own judgement to provide the correct advice in order to resolve claims appropriately. You’ll follow system and procedural processes and ensure compliance with the FCA (full training will be given so don't worry if you are not from a claims background!)
