NRG have an exciting new role for a Property Sales Coordinator for their client based in central Newcastle, this is a 12-month FTC which could go permanent for the right person.
The role requires some exposure to the property market and an understanding of property lease management. A Coordinator must have excellent organisation and communication skills. Good teamwork is also essential in meeting the performance indicators and targets set within the business.
Experience in working in an FCA regulated environment is desirable. An understanding of the FCA and the responsibilities associated with working in a regulated environment is essential.
Duties will include -
Portfolio Administration and Pipeline Management
Handle incoming telephone calls, written correspondence, and voicemail messages.
Maintain contact with clients or their representatives.
Undertake outbound calling and act as first point of resolution for complaints.
Prioritising workload to ensure timeframes are met.
Liaising and maintaining professional relationships with internal departments e.g. Property Management, Finance and Compliance. And external suppliers e.g. Solicitors, Surveyors, Estate Agents, Social Workers, Contractors.
Logging and accurate data entry on all systems and databases and accountable for the data held in relation to properties within the allocated portfolio.
Contribute towards an environment where continuous improvement is encouraged by adhering to and monitoring end to end processes.
Identify and suggest improvements to process.
Undertaking vacant property management including
Administration of utility accounts, council tax, water
Repairs & Maintenance.
