We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our client team based in Newcastle. This is an exciting position for an ambitious sales professional with B2B sales experience. You will be pivotal to the success of the sales team by delivering leads and administrative support.
Day-to-Day job (not limited to):
Coordinate with management to create and guide lead generation, making use of a variety of online channels.
You’ll represent the company and be the 1st point of contact for any enquiries from prospects, and then help guide the prospect through the process to the proposition and closing stages.
Support the sales and project management teams with new client implementations ensuring a smooth transition from implementation phase to go live and nurturing the client during the first months of activity.
Manage all CRM activity, building sales pipelines, and recording all activity.
Previous experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the contact centre sector, would be an advantage.
Self-motivated, ambitious, outgoing, confident, and skilled in networking.
This role may involve occasional travel to our other sites and off-site meetings with prospects/clients.
