We are looking for talented individuals with experience of customer service, ideally gained within a contact centre environment, to join a leading brand within the motor claims industry.
As a Claims Negotiator on the front-line motor insurance team you will be at the heart of the business and strive to get the best possible outcome for the customer.
From assisting customers to record their accident details, you will handle your own case load to assess liability to keep repairs on track, negotiate settlements with 3rd party insurers and help customers through their own unique needs and approach to the situation they face.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm with the occasional Saturday morning. Some of the benefits include:
