We are looking for talented individuals with experience of customer service, ideally gained within a contact centre environment, to join a leading brand within the motor claims industry.
As a Customer Advisor on the front-line you are at the heart of the business. You will help customers through the claims process and liaise with branch and body shop networks to keep repairs on track.
You will spend time with a wide variety of people, each with their own unique needs and way of dealing with the accident they have been involved in. The one thing your customers all have in common is that they are looking to you to deliver a great experience and provide the right service for them.
Whether you are recording accident details, assessing liability, or explaining how our services work; you will be a natural at getting to the bottom of things to make sure you help your customers in the best ways possible.
You will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 7am – 9:30pm, Monday to Sunday 5 days out of 7. Some of the benefits include:
