Main duties and responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager will be to implement the company's digital marketing strategy for our B2C ecommerce websites.
This role will be both hands on and managerial in nature as an expert in creating, managing, and running Paid media (PPC) ads you will execute the digital marketing strategy whilst protecting the brand values of our manufacturers and guidelines provided by our internal Marketing Team.
Carrying out performance marketing to optimise PPC, paid social, display and retargeting.
Ownership and Management of multiple PPC and Paid Social accounts targeting UK and European markets.
Creating go to Market plans for new website launches and marketing campaigns.
Working with internal and external translation teams to ensure accurate translation of marketing assets into EU languages.
Developing and nurturing a marketing calendar for each of our key B2C Brands which aligns with business initiatives and Brand requirements.
Reporting, analysing and managing of B2C Marketing spend delivering ROI across all channels.
Developing strong internal relationships with key stakeholders.
The candidate will be extremely organised, be deadline focussed and have a keen eye for detail.
At least 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
Expert in PPC with demonstratable hands on experience
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive and passion to seek opportunities to grow sales and profit
The ability to remain level-headed and pragmatic in a fast moving and dynamic environment
Be willing to challenge existing processes and open to be challenged on strategy
Strong influencing skills
Experience of EU markets
