Digital Customer Advisor- £22,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Greenbean are delighted to be representing our award-winning client who have established a brand-new Digital Customer team to join their multi-channel contact centre operation in Leeds. The new team has been so successful it is already expanding to support more customers to become more digitally confident by giving them the information and help they need to service their accounts online moving forward.

We are looking for individuals who are technically savvy and have a good general understanding or experience of technical support, mobile apps, web applications and an awareness of cyber security. Individuals will be able share that knowledge and empathise with non-tech savvy customers and assist them in getting online with confidence.

Ensuring customers consistently receive a world class customer experience, you will split your time between working in the contact centre and at home – 50/50.

Your typical day will include:

  • Assessing the nature of the call, providing good diagnostics and creating solutions for customers

  • Providing support to less digitally savvy customers – helping them to understand the benefits of Digital Servicing and overcoming any objections

  • Dealing predominantly with customer over the telephone, but at times via Digital Messaging, and even responding to Mobile App messages and Trust Pilot reviews.

  • Helping to create a culture of Digital Excellence across the business


You will:

  • Be technology savvy with a good understanding of iOS and Android technology- demonstrated either through your work or because you have a personal passion for technology

  • Have outstanding customer service and empathy skills

  • Be able to articulate complex matters in simple terms, without the use of jargon

  • Be able to multi-task – handling multiple customers at once (i.e. Digital Messaging)
