Our Cramlington based Manufacturing client have a great opportunity to join them as Customer Care Coordinator.
The role reports into the Customer Care Team Leader and the purpose is to provide an excellent and professional service to their global customer base.
You will be the first point of contact for all your own customers, showcasing the development of relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Managing expectations in line with targets and taking complete ownership of all contact, directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
You will support business objectives and targets for Customer Service with the flexibility and responsiveness to meet the variable demands. Customer relationships are key, with a detailed working knowledge of their market, product, pricing, and business processes being essential.
The role will work closely with key stakeholders throughout the supply chain, with the Planning Manager, Sales Managers, Warehouse, and other Group contacts.
Experience within a Customer Care or Customer facing role is essential coupled with strong IT skills SAP, Microsoft and Salesforce, commercial/financial awareness, and an ability to speak a second language is highly desirable.
