Connect Health are excited to have opportunities available to join their Patient Care Co-ordination team as a Patient Care Advisor.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.

As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be the face of Connect Health and provide an exceptional service by putting the patient at the heart of everything you do.

Patients may need a supportive and sensitive approach to their needs, so you will have a compassionate and empathetic approach to their care. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, clinicians and GP surgeries covering a range of patient queries such as registration, booking and administering physiotherapy appointments to ensure a comprehensive and seamless experience.

 

About You

 

We are looking for warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidates will be energetic, flexible with a can-do approach, with good IT skills. Most of all, you’ll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone, email and social media.

Previous experience delivering great customer service is essential. Experience working in a contact centre and healthcare would be an advantage.

During the Coronavirus pandemic Connect Health have continued to provide patients with the care they need whilst working remotely.

They intend to continue to offer flexible working arrangements to enable colleagues to balance their time between home and office working.
