I am working with a client based in Gateshead who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months and there is scope for the role to become permanent.

Primarily your role will be to manage and fulfil all client service requests whilst assisting the Customer Service team in handling customer calls and queries.

You will be a proactive and enthusiastic worker with excellent communication skills and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Having a great work ethic, the individual will be able to collaborate with colleagues at senior managerial level and producing a high standard of work. Have experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholder and have demonstrated customer service facing experience. You will be a confident user of Microsoft office including excel, outlook, word, teams and have strong organisational and communication skills both written and verbal

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Update the service system with any new details, particularly with information relating to how customers place their orders e.g. by phone, email etc.

  • Assist in project work relating to integration of systems and/or processes.

  • Cleansing the data within Vantage Online and 360 portal ensuring details on contract, devices and IT support administration as are up to date as can be.

  • Log service calls for engineers on the service system

  • Raising collections and deliveries via approved delivery partners.

  • Raising quotations for chargeable service calls.

  • Full responsibility in managing the customer service mail boxes, ensuring clients are responded to in a professional and timely manner

  • Liaise with third party suppliers to place relevant orders, depending on contract type, as well as for any contract queries.

  • Answer incoming company calls, ensuring all queries and requests are dealt with efficiently, including engineer and consumables requests.

  • Administration of customer and supplier third party portals

  • Propose, recommend and implement process and system improvements.

  • To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general leave of responsibility of this job as detailed by the line manager.
