Our client is looking to recruit several dynamic, enthusiastic and customer focused Contact Centre Trainers to join their rapidly expanding business. We are looking for a someone with a contact centre training / coaching background that is passionate about people development and customer experience!




  • Delivering new starter inductions and training courses for multiple areas including customer service and technical support

  • Working with Training Manager and other operational leaders to ensure training in delivered in line with department needs

  • Updating and refreshing training materials

  • Monitoring individual trainees’ performance whilst they are in training.

  • Designing and delivering training solutions that enhance the learner experience and embed company values


About you:


  • Previous training / coaching experience in contact centre / customer service environment

  • Passionate about people development and customer experience

  • Previous experience in continuous improvement

  • Experience working in a fast paced and agile environment

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined

  • Ability manage and drive performance

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
