Our client is looking to recruit several dynamic, enthusiastic and customer focused Contact Centre Trainers to join their rapidly expanding business. We are looking for a someone with a contact centre training / coaching background that is passionate about people development and customer experience!
Delivering new starter inductions and training courses for multiple areas including customer service and technical support
Working with Training Manager and other operational leaders to ensure training in delivered in line with department needs
Updating and refreshing training materials
Monitoring individual trainees’ performance whilst they are in training.
Designing and delivering training solutions that enhance the learner experience and embed company values
Previous training / coaching experience in contact centre / customer service environment
Passionate about people development and customer experience
Previous experience in continuous improvement
Experience working in a fast paced and agile environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
Ability manage and drive performance
Excellent communication skills at all levels
