Are you looking to work in a dynamic, technology led, growing company based in the heart of Newcastle? We are looking to speak with enthusiastic Microsoft professionals who are capable of supporting continuous improvement on IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
Technical support lead on various infrastructure projects.
Act as an internal escalation point to assist colleagues with second line/third line issues.
Maintenance of Office 365 email system, including management of viruses and spam control.
Manage and maintain all network hardware including but not limited to servers, switches, telephony system and security appliances.
Maintaining SAN/NAS/Cloud Storage across the business.
Remote and off-site support of remote workers.
Assisting IT Manager with driving business strategy and needs.
What you will bring:
Extensive experience in the IT industry.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Active Directory, O365, Microsoft Server technologies, Microsoft Desktop operating systems, VMWare and SQL server.
Previous experience in corporate Network Infrastructure, including Cisco/Meraki technologies.
Focus and awareness of new industry technologies.
Knowledge of and configuration of comms room environment.
