Our client is looking to recruit talented and customer obsessed Team Managers who can motivate, coach, and develop teams to deliver world class customer service. We are looking for engaging individuals that can drive performance in a fast-paced environment who are passionate about people development, process improvement and customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating a culture that lives and breathes the business values to ensure the highest levels of employee engagement
Supporting your team to ensure they meet KPI’s and SLA’s and managing performance
Carrying out call quality checks and providing regular feedback and coaching
Developing staff through monthly 121's and ongoing training and coaching
Working with peers and senior leaders to deliver operational improvements
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a contact or call centre Team Manager or Team Leader role
Passion for people development and customer experience
Experience in managing change in a fast paced and agile environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Self-motivation, ambition, and determination
Ability to manage and drive performance
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Salary: £32,000 + Benefits
