An exciting opportunity to join my client, a Global leader in their field, as HR/Recruitment Coordinator on a 6-month contract.
Working as part of the HR team you will be responsible for:
Producing all contractual documentation including offer letters and contracts - internal and external offers, promotions, secondments etc
Undertaking pre employment checks – referencing and right to work in the UK
Manage all new starter info, liaising with IT etc - following the standard work
Manage time recording system (TMS) - adding new starters and holiday entitlements
Supporting with contingent and FTC roles, liaising with recruitment agencies
Manage probationary periods i.e. scheduling reminders for managers, advising on the process
Production of recruitment reports and vacancy lists
Maintaining associates e files
General HR administration
Currently mainly remote based, moving to hybrid model anticipated September/October. 37.5-hour week.
