An exciting opportunity to join my client, a Global leader in their field, as HR/Recruitment Coordinator on a 6-month contract.

 

Working as part of the HR team you will be responsible for:

 

  • Producing all contractual documentation including offer letters and contracts - internal and external offers, promotions, secondments etc

  • Undertaking pre employment checks – referencing and right to work in the UK

  • Manage all new starter info, liaising with IT etc - following the standard work

  • Manage time recording system (TMS) - adding new starters and holiday entitlements

  • Supporting with contingent and FTC roles, liaising with recruitment agencies

  • Manage probationary periods i.e. scheduling reminders for managers, advising on the process

  • Production of recruitment reports and vacancy lists

  • Maintaining associates e files

  • General HR administration

 

Currently mainly remote based, moving to hybrid model anticipated September/October. 37.5-hour week.
