Our financial services client is looking for people with a passion for customer service to join their team at Cobalt Business Park. You will be the first point of contact for customers who call with banking queries such as balance enquiries, mortgage payments or helping customers to self-serve online. No two days are the same, and you’ll also respond to email and social media messaging.
No experience within financial services is necessary as you’ll receive all the training, coaching and support you’ll need to deliver the best possible customer service.
You’ll work 35 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm, Mon – Fri and 1 Saturday in 3 between 9am-5pm.
