Our rapidly growing client are delighted to be recruiting an Internal Communications Manager to join their Newcastle offices

Reporting into and working closely with the HR Director you will promote company projects, providing communications expertise and insight.
We’re looking for a motivated Communications Manager who is passionate about bringing people together. Someone who can build relationships with everyone, from field agents, to international colleagues, to the Managing Director.
As the Internal Communication Manager, you will source information from departments and colleagues across the business and deliver it to the company through relevant communication channels.
There will be opportunity to plan innovative communications strategies to support a fast-growing and exciting company, implementing activities to generate great results.
You will manage communications for a range of projects including their annual engagement survey, HR initiatives, employer branding, ESG activities, training & development, PR opportunities, and be responsible for organising and promoting company events
5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, HR, or similar discipline.
First-class communication and writing skills, with great interpersonal skills.
