An award winning financial advice and strategy company is hiring an Audit Manager for their fast-growing company. Recognised as one of the top financial advisors in the region, the client provides proactive advice to businesses at all stages of their life-cycle, including advising clients who are looking to raise growth and development capital or refinance, whilst advising businesses that may be looking to acquire another business to achieve step change growth.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Management of clients and delivering high quality audit and assurance service, including reviewing audit plans and work.
Organise staffing and resources for audit assignments.
Carrying out financial analysis and producing reports.
Deliver added value to clients while incorporating relationship management techniques.
Train and develop audit staff to enhance their knowledge.
What we are looking for in our new Audit Manager
ACA or ACCA fully qualified with practice experience.
Experience in managing audits with commercial clients.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word and ideally experienced in CaseWare audit software.
Successful managing members of staff and able to work well within a team.
Experience in transactional support, including FDD.
Have outstanding communication skills, with an ability to deal with a variety of people.
Commercially aware and client focused.
Ability to solve complex issues, work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
Be positive and committed to the Firm and its core values in dealings with both clients and staff.
