Key Objectives and Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve Support Escalated problems associated with key business systems
Participate in projects to implement new technologies or applications
Improve user experiences with ERP and other business systems
Ensuring technical quality meets the needs for a fast, reliable, always-on service
Report writing to drive the businesses data driven mindset
Help drive business change
Seeking out new tools and methodologies to evolve our processes
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven software development experience
Sound experience of SQL C# .Net and .Net Core
Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of software development and database technologies (including SQL).
Experience of working with Epicor, Dynamics etc.
Power-bi and automation experience
Ability to focus on business needs and satisfaction
Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
Has great attention for detail
Uses initiative to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Clear, articulate communication skills both oral and written
Team player who can work cross-functionally and at different levels across the organisation
