Our Financial Services client based in Newcastle are looking to recruit Administrators on a contract basis to join the team in Newcastle. You will Perform functions as assigned by Management. Assist with the development and support of the team. Contribute to the maintenance of procedures and controls. Ensure risks are minimised and that Company standards and industry regulations are met.
Take ownership of role and share expertise with others.
Assist with the efficient running of the team to ensure a high level of client service
Demonstrate personal commitment to the successful and accurate completion of tasks
Document and update team procedures in line with audit and regulatory requirements
Use experience to provide advice and support to team members and contribute to the development of the team
Assist in the team’s quality, accuracy and productivity measures
Support the Manager in production of relevant MI
Work with Manager to identify areas for continuous improvement to working practices
Support delivery of projects where appropriate
You will ideally have experience within the Financial Services Industry be immediately available and have strong Excel skills (Excel)
