eCommerce Executive

Opportunity & The Person

We are looking for a full-time experienced eCommerce Executive to join our client Marketing team to support our ambitious growth plans on the next phase of the business eCommerce journey.


  • Growing the company website into a substantial and successful online business.

  • Setting up and owning our presence on Amazon Marketplace and eBay including product merchandising and pricing

  • Working with our website agency to develop new store views to maximise opportunities.

  • Continuously improving the customer experience along with identifying and actioning up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Adding and removing products including product content, re-sizing/grouping images via Photoshop, working with different departments to source product info for our seasonal collections and all year-round products

  • Managing the day-to-day merchandising of the site, ensuring the website is optimised through regularly updating product category pages and product display pages.


  • Identify website content opportunities and work with the Marketing department to produce and update new content to the site on a regular basis ensuring it is optimised for SEO.

  • Monitoring key site metrics including conversion rates, bounce rate, AOV, exit rates, traffic (new and returning) etc. creating and executing plans for improvement.

  • Ensure the site is optimised and functioning correctly through regular site checks, ensuring products are displayed correctly, proactively flagging, and fixing site errors that are raised by our customer services team and consumer.

  • Responsible for managing PPC activity to deliver results.

  • Analysing and managing SEO performance and opportunities.



  • Min. two years of eCommerce experience

  • Experience of working on Magento Platforms (essential)

  • Must have current digital sales experience of Amazon Marketplace and eBay (essential)

  • Working with an external website development agency

  • Previous experience within an e-commerce business or digital marketing agency

  • SEO experience and knowledge

  • PPC experience and knowledge

  • Photoshop (essential)

  • Understanding of analysing Google Analytics
