Role to include:
This role will involve providing technical support to a range of customers, this is achieved by delivering an exceptional customer service in an efficient and professional way, instilling confidence in products and services.
You’ll be required to understand customers’ business needs potentially identifying ways in which additional products will support their business and its development.
You’ll also be required to demonstrate and deliver exceptional problem solving, customer service and trouble shooting skills.

Customer service experience which could have been gained in a call centre, hospitality, retail, travel etc
£ 10.71 per hour – full product and system training is provided
Start dates throughout May and June with a view to a permanent role for the right candidate!!!!
First 3 Months Monday – Friday between 0900-1700 whilst training
Then Monday – Friday between 0800-2000
This will be a largely home-based role at present however some training will be office based and all equipment provided.
