We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-driven Contact Centre Advisors to join a growing contact centre based in Manchester.
If you’re passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences, this is a great opportunity to show off your skills.
Working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world, you will use your excellent communication skills to speak with customers about the products and services available to them.
What you can expect:
Starting salary of £21,000, rising to £23,900 after successfully passing your probation
Monthly bonus scheme
Great working hours – Monday to Thursday 10am – 6.30pm and early finish on a Friday.
Initially a home working role with a view to being in the office next year
City centre office
Taking inbound calls from customers looking to discuss products and services
Making outbound calls to existing customers that are coming to end of the agreement and discussing renewal options
Working towards and consistently meeting customer service and sales targets
Ensuring all of your calls are compliant and meet quality standards
Working together as a team to achieve the best results
Previous experience in a contact centre role where you have had to meet targets and KPI’s
Passionate customer experience
Previous experience working in a regulated environment
Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
Excellent communication skills at all levels
