Our Financial Services client in Glasgow have an opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join them on a fixed term contract until December 2021.
The purpose of the role will be to provide analytical support for aspects of the groups pay & benefits framework.
You will support organisational design activity with job evaluation and salary benchmarking (WTW global Grading and/or Hay metholodgy).
Supporting projects, salary review, gender pay, reporting and year end.
Experience within a Reward is essential.
