B2C Channel Manager

The role:

This is an amazing opportunity to work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer as the B2C Channel Manager who will lead the ever-growing Ecommerce team, to drive sales and optimise user engagement of our B2C platforms. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sites, and for managing the execution of the company's ecommerce strategy and promotional plan across all websites, ensuring all activity goes live correctly and according to plan.


The requirements:

Alongside team management responsibilities this is still a hands-on role, as you will manage and trade a few sites yourself to support the portfolio. You will be able to analyse and interpret Ecommerce data and develop specific action plans to grow traffic and conversion.


Knowledge & Experience

  • First-hand experience of managing Google Analytics in order to profitably improve traffic volumes balanced against conversion rates

  • Personal experience of improving Organic Search results

  • Driving Traffic through Affiliate Marketing

  • Merchandise Planning and Inventory control in consumer goods ideally with some exposure to apparel

  • Experience and working knowledge of current B2C and B2B systems and developments

  • Managing Sales and Expenditure Forecasting and delivery of an E-Commerce P&L

  • Leadership & team development.

  • Negotiating contracts with event third-party service providers, sponsors, and media partners.



  • Strong strategic thinking skills and application to programs.

  • Proven track record of influencing and delivering e-commerce strategy.

  • Social media marketing and trends.

  • Project management with multiple stakeholders and associated timeline.

  • Thorough working knowledge of search engine optimisation.

  • Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
