Our client is looking for a tenacious, resilient and confident problem solver to join their Finance department at the new Centre of Excellence at Quorum Business Park.
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for the collection of unpaid consumer debt in a call centre environment
Contact customers and discuss unresolved issues on customer accounts
Documents all discussions and actions in the collections system or database. Confirms payment arrangements and finalises call
Meeting predefined standards of work volume, quality, accuracy and timeliness
Uploading data and recording information
Communicating with other agents and staff
Following the data collection process, ensuring there are no gaps or loss of data
General back office administration, including customer correspondence.
