Role to include:
This role will involve providing support to a range of customers, this is achieved by delivering an exceptional customer service in an efficient and professional way, instilling confidence in products and services.
You’ll be required to move desktop accounts customers onto cloud native software.
All calls will be pre-scheduled and the set-up and will be delivered by via remote technologies, supporting customers through the change seamlessly.
You’ll be required to:
Use remote, web-based technologies, to interact with customers and retrieve data
Ensure efficient and effective delivery within deadlines
Maintain accurate records & notes relating to each customer interaction
Solve customer problems
All training provided!

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

£ 10.71 per hour – full product and system training is provided
Start dates throughout May with a view to a permanent role for the right candidate!!!!
Monday – Friday between 0900-1700 No weekend working!
This will be a largely home-based role at present however some training will be office based and all equipment provided.
