A rare opportunity to join an industry leading company that is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer focused Contact Centre Trainer join their rapidly expanding business. We are looking for a someone with a strong training background that is passionate about people development and customer experience!

 

They are currently going through a digital transformation program to enable them to deliver industry leading service to their customers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Designing and delivering new starter inductions and training courses for multiple customer service areas

  • Working with operational leaders to ensure training in delivered in line with department needs

  • Updating and refreshing training materials

  • Delivering effective and up to date regulation and compliance training

  • Monitoring individual trainees’ performance whilst they are in training.

  • Designing and delivering training solutions that enhance the learner experience and embed company values

 

About you:

 

  • Previous training experience in contact centre / customer service environment

  • Passionate about people development and customer experience

  • Experience working in a fast paced and agile environment

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined

  • Ability manage and drive performance

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
