Contact Centre Trainer - £25,000 + Benefits
A rare opportunity to join an industry leading company that is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer focused Contact Centre Trainer join their rapidly expanding business. We are looking for a someone with a strong training background that is passionate about people development and customer experience!
They are currently going through a digital transformation program to enable them to deliver industry leading service to their customers.
Designing and delivering new starter inductions and training courses for multiple customer service areas
Working with operational leaders to ensure training in delivered in line with department needs
Updating and refreshing training materials
Delivering effective and up to date regulation and compliance training
Monitoring individual trainees’ performance whilst they are in training.
Designing and delivering training solutions that enhance the learner experience and embed company values
Previous training experience in contact centre / customer service environment
Passionate about people development and customer experience
Experience working in a fast paced and agile environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
Ability manage and drive performance
Excellent communication skills at all levels
