We are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of a Property Coordinator for our Newcastle based client.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and messages
Processing of incoming post, scan, distribute to relevant staff – when office based.
Central point for outgoing post – when office based
Maintain contact with clients or their representatives
Undertake outbound calling and act as first point of resolution for complaints
Comply with all procedures as agreed by the Operations Manager and Compliance Manager
Undertake all procedures deemed necessary to meet business requirements
Demonstrate and role model company behaviours
The right candidate will have previous property experience and excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of properties.
The role offers flexible home/office working when initial training has completed.
