Our client based in Gosforth are a global brand, a digital market leader and recommended as an admired employer based in Newcastle.
They are experiencing exciting, significant growth so require successful temporary candidates who take pride in providing an exceptional service to customers.
Role to include:
This role will involve providing support to customers, this is achieved by delivering an exceptional customer service in an efficient and professional way, instilling confidence in products and services.
You’ll be required to understand customers’ business needs potentially identifying ways in which additional products will support their business and its development.
You’ll also be required to demonstrate and deliver exceptional problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Our client are a technology led business and so a good understanding of technology is desirable.

£ 10.71 per hour – full product and system paid training is provided
Start dates throughout May and June!
First 3 Months Monday – Friday between 0900-1700 whilst training
Then Monday – Friday between 08.00am – 08.00pm
This will be a largely home-based role at present however some training will be office based and all equipment provided.
