We are looking for amazing people to join Ocado Retail at their brand-new Customer Hub in the newly regenerated Sunderland Riverside.
The Customer Hub Advisor will act as first point of customer contact through all channels of communication. This role is crucial in understanding Ocado’s (our client’s) customers better than anyone else and this is where your ability to solve new problems comes in to help change the way the world shops.
You will have at least 1 years’ experience within a customer service environment. This could be within any industry i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure or contact centre. Full training will be provided on systems and processes for you to resolve customer queries by telephone, email, and social media channels.
What we can’t teach you is passion for customer service- that will be part of your DNA.
You will work on a 12-week shift rotation between the hours of 7am-8:30pm Monday – Sunday
