Our client encourages all team members to be the best version of themselves. As a Customer Hub Advisor, you will act as the first point of customer contact and represent the client to the highest standard whilst resolving queries in an efficient and timely manner via email and telephone.
Essential Job Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
Previous experience in a contact centre role is desirable
Essential Job Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service or contact centre role
Customer focused with strong communication skills
Strong IT skills
Experience working towards KPIs
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent time management skills and punctuality
This position has a start date of May 4th. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with shifts on a rota basis.
