Delighted to be recruiting for our client in Northumberland a HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner will support the delivery of the HR strategy and all people-related activity which underpins the objective of innovation and excellence and that all people policies and practices are “leading edge”, progressive and compliant and these are to be applied consistently across the whole business.
The role will partner the HR Manager – Operations in the design and delivery of the businesses L&D Strategy to facilitate the people agenda within the overall business plan. Embed HR principles, policies, and practices to attract, develop and retain talent. Provide HR support, advice and specific expertise to the business where required to support business deliverables. Lead and coordinate reward activities across the business and lead and coordinate the L&D activities.
Experience of working at a senior level across a multi-site organisation is an advantage and excellent relationship builder at all levels.
CIPD qualified (Desirable) - 2-3 years PQE and proven track record of operating at Business Partner level.
