NRG are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of the North East’s leading Social Housing providers. The role of Project Manager is a newly created role. Our client is ambitious about its future and there is a firm commitment to ensure the best possible outcomes for colleagues, tenants, customers and contractors alike.


Given this we are seeking a Project Manager-Workspace who can play a leading role in project management to support the organisation to create an inclusive, flexible and agile workplace, focussing on the redesign and refurbishment of the existing working environment. The new workspace will support collaboration, creative working and cross functional teamwork. In addition, it will be consistently ‘on brand’ have effective learning environments / technology and include great social spaces that enhance both our colleague and customer experience.


Working with senior leaders across the business and a range of specialist delivery partners (internal and external) you will oversee the management of this programme and their associated projects, ensuring their dependencies, risks, issues, and resources are identified, effectively managed and benefits are realised for stakeholders and the business. In the role of Project Manager you will be a visible and effective leader, demonstrating and embedding a coaching style of leadership, modelling and promoting exemplary behaviour for employees and promoting a culture in line with the organisations values:
