After Sales Account Manager - £22,500 + Benefits
A rare opportunity to join a market leading and premium bicycle manufacturer that are looking to appoint a new After Sales Account Manager to support their global network of customers. Selling custom made bikes across the world, you will help to support the businesses long term growth stratagy by looking after their customers post delivery. As their dedicated Account Manager, you will ensure any technical needs, upgrades or queries are taken care of and they receive a great after care experience.
We are looking for someone that is engaging, enthusiastic and customer focused that can deliver world class customer experience.
In order to apply for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years Bike Industry experience, combined with a high degree of bike mechanical/technical knowledge.
Great working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Making calls to customers to build relationships post-dispatch
Resolve any technical, maintenance & set up queries
Become their point of contact moving forward
Deal with inbound enquiries for new bikes
Become a technical SME for other members of the business
Minimum of 3 Years bike industry experience
Excellent technical / mechanical knowledge
Experience in customer service and or sales
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Experience in building and developing relationships internally and externally
