After Sales Account Manager - £22,500 + Benefits
My client is looking to recruit engaging, enthusiastic and customer focused Account Manager to deliver world class service to their customers after they have taken delivery of their order. Your role is to become their point of contact moving forward, ensuring any technical needs, upgrades or queries are taken care of and they received a great after care experience.
In order to apply for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years Bike Industry experience, combined with a high degree of bike mechanical/technical knowledge
Initially this will be a home-based role with the view to moving into their offices when they are able to do so.
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to customers to build relationships post-dispatch
Resolve any technical, maintenance & set up queries
Become their point of contact moving forward
Discuss upgrades
Deal with inbound enquiries for new bikes
Become a technical SME for other members of the business
About you:
Minimum of 3 Years bike industry experience
Excellent technical and mechanical knowledge
Experience in customer service and or sales
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Experience in building and developing relationships internally and externally
