I am delighted to be recruiting an ER Advisor to join our growing client based in Newcastle.
Health & Safety who also has a string work ethic and high professional and personal standards.
Reporting into the ER Manager this role will involve:
Addressing employees’ concerns and handling complaints and strive to resolve them in a positive manner that benefits all parties and facilitates healthy working relationships.
Organising and conducting investigation/disciplinary/grievance hearings, sickness and probation meetings. Supporting employees with maternity/paternity meetings.
Offering support throughout the case and engaging with line managers.
Taking accurate notes at hearings and meetings as required, transcribing and presenting them within the required deadline.
Maintaining and tracking case records and documentation in a timely manner.
Ensuring that confidentiality is always maintained and that sensitive documents that include personal information are preserved
Working with the Employee Relations Manager in producing training materials for the business, process guidance and ‘how to’ guides for the HR teams and managers.
Ensuring that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to.
Ensuring the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
You will be CIPD Qualified to at least Level 3 with strong ER experience.
