Customer Service Representative – Newcastle - £19,000 - £22,000 + Bonus

Starting salary of £19,000 with the opportunity to increase this up to £22,000 based on your performance in the role.

What you will be doing...!
· You’ll be helping customers calling in with general customer service enquiries and questions about their accounts.
· You will also be making outbound calls to provide customers with updates on any on-going queries.
· Delivering world class customer service on every call!
To be successful in this role you must....!
· Have experience in providing excellent customer service and be genuinely passionate about customer satisfaction.
· Good IT skills as you’ll be handling customer information and updating databases
· Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
· Excellent communication skills

· 28 days holiday (including bank holiday) increasing to 30 (incl. bank holidays) after a year’s service.
